Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when ListingHub may provide refunds for ListingHub subscriptions. This policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service.

1. General Rule

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Canceling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund fees already paid for the current billing period, except as required by law or explicitly stated below.

2. Eligibility

2.1 First-time subscription purchase

If you are a first-time subscriber, you may request a refund within 3 days of your initial charge. Refunds are not guaranteed and may be denied if the Service has been materially used.

2.2 Renewals

Unless required by law, renewal charges are not refundable. To avoid renewal, cancel before your renewal date.

2.3 Non-refundable cases

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not provide refunds for:

  • Requests submitted after the refund window.
  • Fees for prior billing periods.
  • Accounts suspended/terminated due to violations of the Terms (fraud, abuse, unlawful activity).
  • Taxes or governmental charges, where applicable.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email support@listinghub.ai and include:

  • Account email
  • Date of charge (or invoice ID if available)
  • Reason for request

4. Refund Processing

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Processing times depend on your bank/payment provider and may take several business days.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact support before filing a chargeback. Chargebacks may result in account suspension during investigation. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks where we believe the charge is valid.

6. Changes

We may update this Refund Policy. We will update the effective date above and may provide additional notice if changes are material.
