Security
Last updated: 2025-12-21
This page describes high-level security practices for ListingHub. Security controls evolve over time; we may update this page as practices change.
1. Security Principles
- Least privilege: access to systems and data is limited to what is needed.
- Defense in depth: layered safeguards reduce single-point failure risk.
- Operational monitoring: monitoring and logging help detect issues and investigate incidents.
2. Safeguards
- Encryption in transit: we use HTTPS/TLS for data transmitted between your device and our servers.
- Access controls: role-based access for internal tools where appropriate.
- Backups and recovery: we use backup and recovery practices intended to support service continuity.
- Vendor risk: we rely on reputable infrastructure and service providers and review security considerations when selecting vendors.
3. Incident Response
If we become aware of a security incident that materially affects the confidentiality, integrity, or availability of customer data, we will take reasonable steps to investigate, mitigate, and (where required) notify affected users.
4. Your Responsibilities
- Use strong, unique passwords and protect account credentials.
- Limit account access to authorized team members.
- Do not upload sensitive personal information unless necessary and permitted.
- Review generated content for accuracy before publishing.
5. Reporting Security Issues
If you believe you discovered a vulnerability, email support@listinghub.ai with details and steps to reproduce. Please do not publicly disclose vulnerabilities until we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remediate.
6. Disclaimer
This Security page is informational and does not create contractual commitments. Specific controls may vary by feature and plan.
